Zingcal gives each part of your life its own calendar, each with its own color, and one home screen to see them all. Email matthewwestgoodman@gmail.com. A real person reads every message.
How it works
Home is a grid of calendars: Finances, Family, School, Work, Business, and any you add. Tap one to open it in Month, Week, Day or List view. The plus button adds something to it, with a date, a time if it has one, how long it lasts, whether it repeats, and a reminder. Tap the circle to tick it off. Today shows every calendar merged for the day, and Everything shows them all on one grid.
Where did Burrow go?
Zingcal is Burrow's next version. Your bills and paydays are still there: they live on the green Finances calendar, with the same amounts and the same paid marks. Nothing was deleted in the change. If your App Store copy still says Burrow, the Zingcal update is version 3.0.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up, no login, and Zingcal never connects to your bank. Everything is what you typed in, kept on your phone.
Why do I see an ad?
The free version shows one banner. Remove Ads is a one-time $2.99 purchase and lasts forever. Bought it on another phone? Open Settings in the app and tap Restore a purchase.
Reminders are not arriving
Open Settings in the app. If it says reminders were turned off in Settings, tap it to open iOS Settings and allow notifications for Zingcal. Reminders only fire for things that are not already ticked off.
Changing a calendar's color or picture
Press and hold a tile on Home and choose Edit calendar. Each color can only be used by one calendar, so two never look alike.
Is this financial advice?
No. The Finances calendar does arithmetic on the numbers you enter. It is a way to see the month, not advice about what to do with it.
Will my data survive a new phone?
If you restore from an iCloud or encrypted computer backup, yes. There is no cloud sync yet.
Deleting my data
Open anything and tap Delete, press and hold a tile to delete a whole calendar, or delete the app to remove everything. Nothing is stored anywhere else.
